I am a Chemical Engineering Undergradute at the University of Kentucky and thank you for visiting my portfolio. This is a bundle of
small projects done for a "Computational Tools in Engineering" class. This meant to show that I am now well versed in many common tools
used in the enginnering field such as Microsoft Excel, Matlab, and Aspen.
This task involved using a software of my choice to solve a complicated system of nonlinear equations. For this I used MATLAB's Sysmbolic Math Toolbox.
Below is a link to my engineering resume detailing the experience and skills I have gained over the past few years.
Using Excel's VBA coding system, I created a program that will read a statement with data and can separate the text string and the numeric vaule into different cells.
This Aspen Flowgram was part of an assignment where I was tasked with testing what reactor would be most effective in converting Ethanol and Acetic Acid to Ethyl Acetate and Water.
